The admit card is mandatory for entry into the examination hall. Without a valid hall ticket and ID proof, candidates will not be permitted to appear for the test.

    For the NEET UG 2025 exam on May 4, candidates must carry:

    • Printed copy of NEET UG 2025 admit card

    • One valid photo ID (Aadhaar card, Passport, PAN card, Voter ID, or Driving Licence)

    • One passport-size photo (same as application photo)

    • One postcard-size photo (for attendance sheet)

    Failure to bring any of the above documents may lead to disqualification from appearing in the exam.
