NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Thursday asked Tihar jail officials to submit the inquiry file on the security of Christian Michel James jailed in the AgustaWestland case .
The court of Special Judge Sanjeev Aggarwal directed the senior law officer, prison headquarters, New Delhi, to produce the file by June 6, the next hearing date.
The court was hearing James's application asking for a re-look at the findings of an inquiry report dated Aug 29, 2019, over the security arrangements for him in jail.
