NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday extended greetings to veteran BJP leader and former deputy Prime Minister Lal Krishna Advani , lauding his contributions to the nation and the party on his 98th birthday.
In a post on X , PM Modi described LK Advani as “a statesman blessed with towering vision and intellect,” whose life has been devoted to strengthening India’s progress. He commended the BJP stalwart for his “selfless duty and steadfast principles,” noting that his contributions have left “an indelible mark on India’s democratic and cultural landscape.”
