Sky News presenter Gareth Barlow was forced to halt his regular news programme and issue a breaking news announcement over Putin and Ukraine. According to the channel, the Kremlin has said the war in Ukraine is too complicated to be resolved immediately. It comes after the Russian President announced that a three-day ceasefire will commence on May 8, which marks 's Victory Day and the end of the Second World War. Meanwhile, President claimed Putin had committed "2,000 violations" and called on the ceasefire to be extended for 30 days.
