Ms Griffith said: "So apparently Harry has looked at the latest polls that put him down at 27 per cent, and he's upset by it. A source really close to him told me that he's realised there's nowhere to go but up."

The expert added: "So what he's done is he's decided what hasn't been working. And that's the US, Hollywood PR agents. Just anything Hollywood and American basically hasn't worked for him."

She further explained: "So what he's done is he set up around himself the exact thing that he's been railing against all these years, which is a really concrete, firm structure of a hierarchical, top-down kind of PR voices on his behalf and chiefs of staff. And it's basically a royal house. This is like a faux royal household."

It has been further claimed that the new structure will prevent Harry from reading the British media as his staff are able to do this on behalf of him.

And now he's going to come forward, especially towards the end of the year, it's going to be about him and what he's selling."
