Kirkby police incident LIVE: Block of flats on lockdown as 'blood spotted at scene'

Police have responded to an incident at a block of flats in Kirkby, Merseyside, on Tuesday, as blood was reportedly spotted at the scene.

A cordon is in place across the entrance to Beech Rise and residents have been told they can't leave the building. Accoridng to the , residents said blood is visible at the scene.
