While answering this question, the yoga guru says, when the navel slips, many problems start to be felt in the body. Like-

Mustard oil or hot oil fomentation
Dr. Hansaji says, in this condition apply mustard oil around the navel and massage it lightly. This relaxes the abdominal muscles and helps in balancing the navel.
Yoga
postures like Pawanmuktasana, Navasana, Mandukasana, Setubandhasana and Matsyasana strengthen the abdominal muscles and stabilize the navel. However, always do these postures under the supervision of an expert.
Herbal remedies
Apart from these, Yoga Guru says that eating one spoon of celery powder and jaggery on an empty stomach in the morning improves digestion. Apart from this, mixing turmeric in curd and consuming it in small quantities during the day is also beneficial.
According to Hansa Yogendra, navel displacement is not a serious disease, but it is not right to ignore it. If you notice its symptoms, you can get relief by adopting simple measures.
