- This pain can occur due to physical activities, stress or high blood pressure.
In case of gas problem-
- Abdominal distension
- Frequent belching
- Feeling uncomfortable after eating
Symptoms of heart attack-
- Difficulty in breathing
- Breaking out in cold sweats
- feeling dizzy or faint
- Nausea or vomiting
- If the pain feels like gas and is relieved by burping or passing gas, then there is nothing to worry about.
- If the pain persists, there is heaviness in the chest, difficulty in breathing or other serious symptoms appear, contact a doctor immediately.
