Kashmir Terror Attack: Jammu Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) chief Farooq Abdullah has again given a big statement on the Pahalgam terror attack. He said, ' The Pahalgam incident is very painful. I believe that anyone who knows humanity will agree that this should happen. The people of Jammu and Kashmir are suffering the most.'
Farooq Abdullah further said, "There is no doubt that this is a security lapse, an intelligence lapse. They may not have liked that our people are doing well, our people spread propaganda that so many people are coming, this is happening, that is happening, they did this to break it, but this is not just an attack on humanity but what will be its effect on Muslims."
Abdullah said, "There is already a narrative going around that Muslims should be eliminated, this was in the states where the BJP is in power, we were countering it."
If Pakistan wants enmity then we are ready- Farooq Abdullah
Earlier, former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah had said that if Pakistan wants enmity then we are ready. We have said that we will give full support to Prime Minister Narendra Modi , after this there should be no questions with us. PM Modi can do whatever he wants to do.
On the question of Pakistan's threat of nuclear attack, Farooq Abdullah said, "We also have nuclear power, even before them. When I went to Pokhran with Atal Bihari Vajpayee, he had said that we will never use it, unless someone else attacks us first."
He said that India has never attacked first. It has always happened from there and we have responded to it. Even today we will not use it, but if they use it, we also have it. God forbid that such a situation should not come to pass.
