Lord Jagannath's Rath Yatra has started in Puri, Odisha. Today is the second day of the 12-day-long Rath Yatra. Today, chariots will be pulled again to take Lord Jagannath to his aunt's house. This grand journey starts from the Jagannath temple in Puri and goes up to the Gundicha temple. A flood of devotees has gathered in the Jagannath Rath Yatra. Devotees from the country and abroad are reaching Puri these days. Devotees are excited about the 12-day-long Rath Yatra.
Chief Administrator of Sri Jagannath Temple, Aravind K Padhi said that yesterday all the rituals and practices were completed on time. Today, on June 28, the Rath Yatra started at 9.30 am. This is the wish of Mahaprabhu.
