The untimely death of actress Shefali Jariwala, who was a well-known name in the world of fitness and glamor, has left her fans and the film industry in deep shock. The 42-year-old actress, popularly known as 'Kanta Laga Girl', bid adieu to the world on the night of June 27 after her health suddenly deteriorated. He was rushed to Bellevue Hospital in Mumbai, where doctors declared him brought dead. Initial investigations have indicated cardiac arrest as the cause of death, but the post-mortem report is still awaited. Along with this, an officer of the Amboli Police Station said, the doctors said that they suspect that the cause of death is low BP. Her husband Parag has said in his statement that Shefali fainted after eating food from the fridge. At night her health worsened, She was having pain in her chest.

These signs may indicate a serious heart problem. However, it does not mean that death is certain every time, but it is necessary to be vigilant."
Difference between Heart Attack and Cardiac Arrest
According to experts, it is also clarified that both heart attack and cardiac arrest are different conditions. A heart attack occurs when the blood supply to the heart muscle is interrupted, usually due to a blood clot or blockage. While in cardiac arrest, the heartbeat suddenly stops, due to which the person falls unconscious and may die if not treated immediately.
Can an overdose of fitness be fatal?
Nowadays, due to social media and fitness trends, the trend of weight loss supplements and working out in the gym for hours has increased. The doctor's advice on this is that "taking powders or supplements without a doctor's advice can be harmful to the body. Things that are promoted on social media should be avoided. It is not necessary for a common man to sweat for hours in the gym. Brisk walks, yoga and aerobics are enough for that. The doctor clarified that working out may be necessary for those whose profession is related to fitness, but common people should avoid overexercise, because it can put extra pressure on the heart.
Why is this trend alarming?
This is not the first case when a seemingly healthy celebrity has died of heart disease. TV actor Siddharth Shukla also died suddenly due to a heart attack. The death of a seemingly fit celebrity like Shefali Jariwala is once again forcing us to think that only external fitness is not enough.
