Timothée Chalamet has unveiled a new drastic haircut whilst promoting his next project. It caused mixed emotions amongst fans, who took to social media to share their thoughts.
Timothée's new character required him to ditch his usual curls and opt for something new. The 29-year-old actor was recently photographed filming in NYC, rocking a buzz cut under a blue cap, but not much could be seen.
The actor then revealed his new look in a livestream to promote his upcoming film, Marty Supreme. The actor was in a clear box surrounded by orange ping pong balls. He also wore a large orange ping pong ball over his head.
He later removed the headpiece, revealing his new hair. The livestream then ended with Timothée announcing that Marty Supreme is going to hit the big screens on Christmas Day.

Others pointed out the haircut made him look older, commenting: “Holy s*** he’s 40 already? D*** time flies,” with another fourth one saying: “Why’d they do this to him.”
His shocking haircut debuted shortly after the star attended the premiere of Marty Supreme at the New York Film Festival with his current girlfriend, reality TV star Kylie Jenner. According to The Independent, the film saw positive reviews from attendees.
During the screening, the actor shared some words: “This movie - in many ways, beyond being about Marty Mauser - is a love letter to New York.”
