Katie Price has sparked concern after making a major U-turn on a plastic surgery decision.
The former glamour model, 47, recentlyshowed off her extremely slim figure and fuller bottom during a sun-soaked getaway to Dubai, where she donned a tiny bikini while on a lavish yacht.
Katie, who suffered complications with an earlier Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) operation, vowed earlier this year to not have another. But she's since gone back on her word, opting for more filler to amplify her posterior this summer.
Before her latest treatment, she had already had two BBL operations, despite the procedure being classed as the most "dangerous" by many surgeons. The BBL procedure involves fat transfer, extracted via liposuction to the buttocks to create a more voluptuous, shapely rear.

Katie has previously opened up about the challenges she faced with a BBL procedure while on the podcast, Katherine Ryan: Telling Everybody Everything. She revealed: "I tried that BBL abroad where they take your own fat and put it in your bum. It was so painful. And it just did not look right on me."
She went on to share her preference for overseas cosmetic procedures: "I would never have surgery in England again. Ever, ever. I'd always have it abroad."
And in February this year, Katie even also insisted she wouldn't be getting another BBL and instead had an aim to hit the gym to plump it up naturally.
Speaking on her own The Katie Price Podcast, she told listeners: "I'm starting the gym next week. I've decided I'm not going to have filler or implants, I'm going to work my a*** off at the gym. I'll take before and after pictures, though it’ll probably take a year to get my bum where I want it."
Despite warnings from medical professionals and concerns from loved ones about the high-risk surgery, Katie has since gone ahead with what was to be her most perilous operation to date.
Taking to Instagram recently with a video, the TV personality said: "So the bum is done! Here's a little sneaky, beaky, boopky," offering her followers a peek at her latest cosmetic enhancement.
Dr Gerard Lambe, a leading UK plastic surgeon and head of Reflect Clinic, issued a stark warning in New Magazine. "Katie needs to be aware that she is putting her health and body under extreme pressure with the now countless number of procedures she's had done in the last year alone," he said.
"BBL is one of the most dangerous surgeries anyone can undergo and it has the highest mortality rate – it's one of Katie's riskiest surgeries yet. She is dicing with death."
Her loved ones had also expressed concern. A source previously told OK! Magazine: "Her friends and family are worried because she has lost a lot of weight very quickly, and she still wants more procedures. She's considering ear correction surgery and more bum filler, but those close to her fear she’s not healthy or strong enough to undergo more operations."
In addition to two previous BBLs, Katie has undergone 16 breast enhancements and countless other cosmetic procedures throughout her career. The cost of these procedures can soon add up, but earlier this year, Katie revealed that she can get them for free.
While appearing on the Disruptors podcast, Katie confessed: "I don't pay for my surgery. I get it free for an Instagram post." Podcast host Rob Moore asked: "So if you share who did the operation, you get it for free?", to which Katie replied: "Yeah. I have an open book where I can flick through and have any surgery I want from most clinics."
She added: "I don't take advantage of it as much as I could. If I did and really let myself go, I'd look like an alien, and I don't want to look like an alien."
