Bradley presents them with a funny statement or question, and they must secretly write down their answers. Then, it's time for the celebrities to share their guesses.
A match between a contestant's answer and any celebrity's response brings them one step closer to the prize.
On the Easter Saturday show, Bradley introduced Helena, a sex therapist from Essex, whose profession alone was enough to get him chuckling. However, it was during her first attempt at Blankety Blank that Bradley completely lost it.
Bradley gave the clue: "Never date a tennis umpire. They're good fun, but they'll keep shouting 'blank' in bed."
Helena found the premise hilarious and quickly penned her answer, but Bradley was utterly unprepared for what she had written.

Bradley was left in stitches as Helena unveiled her answer 'BLANKS' during the game, prompting her to hide behind her card while the celebrity panel erupted in mirth.
Bradley couldn't resist quipping to his guests: "You can't make it up!" with Antony from Corrie chiming in playfully: "Helena, babe, that's not how it works!"
While Helen's answer missed the mark, other TV favourites hit closer to home, notably Lesley Joseph with her cheeky 'OUT' – what a tennis umpire might shout at an inopportune moment – and the rest providing laughs with choices like 'NEW BALLS, PLEASE'.
The combination of Bradley's charm, the celeb quick wit, and the contestants' antics had Saturday night viewers hooked.
Social media buzzed with reactions post-show, as fans shared their approval. One called it "absolute phenomenal television!" while another said: "Blankety Blank contestants are bonkers!"
