Brighton are in discussions with Arsenal over another loan deal for Lionesses hero Michelle Agyemang. The 19-year-old attacker, who lit up Euro 2025 with her decisive contributions from the bench for Sarina Wiegman's side, spent last season on loan with the Seagulls.
It's understood Arsenal are delighted with her progress but are keen to ensure Agyemang plays regular football next season, something that may prove difficult in north London due to the quality of Renee Slegers' Champions League-winning squad.
The electric teenager was named Young Player of the Tournament after netting two decisive late equalisers against Sweden and Italy, respectively before helping the Lionesses over the line in the final against Spain.
Agyemang hit five goals in 22 appearances on loan at Brighton last season and scored three times in 17 WSL outings.

Brighton are making good progress in negotiations with Arsenal and they're currently regarded as frontrunners to re-sign the forward as the Gunners seek to manage her development carefully.
Arsenal also look poised to loan Rosa Kafaji to Albion after the Swede visited the club's facilities at the end of July for talks.
Speaking back in May, Slegers made it clear she was delighted with Agyemang's progress on the South Coast.
She said: "I’m really happy to see how she’s doing, that she’s making progress and that she’s contributing to Brighton and developing, so that’s really good to see.
"We know she’s an Arsenal player, she’s within an Arsenal contract and we’re really happy with that because we believe in Mich and we want to find the right way forward for her.”
Agyemang signed her first professional contract with Arsenal in May 2024 before heading out on loan to Albion. Competition is fierce in attack as Slegers' squad is stacked with star quality.
Beth Mead, Caitlin Foord, Chloe Kelly, Olivia Smith, Alessia Russo and Stina Blackstenius are all battling it out for a starting berth meaning Agyemang is way down the pecking order.
However, that's not to say she's not in Arsenal's long-term thinking and there's confidence she has what it takes to become one of the faces of the women's side.
Arsenal recently paid a world-record £1million fee to sign Liverpool forward Smith. The seven-figure deal eclipsed the £890,000 Chelsea paid to San Diego Wave for Naomi Girma in January.
The 21-year-old Canada international scored seven times in the WSL last season for the Reds. The Gunners have also bolstered their defensive line after snapping up former Liverpool ace Taylor Hinds on a free transfer following the expiry of her contract.
