Pakistan's drone attack on many cities including Jammu, Pathankot, Jaisalmer failed, Indian Army shot it down in the sky

Operation Sindoor: Like yesterday, today also Pakistan is carrying out drone attacks in many areas of India under the guise of civil airlines. Drones were shot down in many areas including Jammu, Pathankot and Jaisalmer.

Pakistan Attack in Jammu: Amid the growing tension between India and Pakistan, Pakistan has once again started firing on the LOC. The sound of explosions has been heard again at many places in Jammu. According to defense sources, Pakistani drones were seen in Jammu, Samba, Pathankot sector. Missile attack from Pakistan on the Ferozepur, Pathankot border was destroyed in the air itself.

Army foils drone attack attempt

Pakistan has carried out drone attacks in Pokhran, Jaisalmer for the second day today. The Indian Army has foiled the attempts of drone attacks. The entire Jaisalmer is currently in a blackout. Four drones were seen flying in two bursts. The sound of explosions was heard in Samba when India's air defense system shot down a Pakistani drone amid the blackout. Pakistani drones were shot down by the Indian air defense system amid the blackout in Akhnoor.

Pakistan is attacking using civilian planes as shield

Like yesterday, today also Pakistan is carrying out drone attacks in many areas of India under the guise of civil airlines. The planes of Pakistan's PIA and Blue Air airlines are in Pakistan airspace. In such a situation, if India gives an aerial response, then civilian planes can become targets by mistake.

 

Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said that Pakistan's attempt to target Indian installations on Thursday night (8 May 2025) was responded to appropriately and adequately. Wing Commander Vyomika Singh said, Pakistan sent 300 to 400 drones to 36 places from Leh to Sir Creek on Thursday night to target India's military installations.

Loud explosions were heard in many cities of Jammu and Kashmir and Rajasthan on Friday night. In view of this, a blackout was imposed in the cities and war sirens were sounded. People were appealed not to go out and stay in safe places.
