Day two began with a road show in the morning where musicians, music lovers and art lovers of the city participated, led by Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and Indian Idol’s music director Girish Vishwa. The roadshow started from Nanakheda at 10 am and reached Kalidas Academy via Tower, Shaheed Park.
Girish Vishwa said, “I am overwhelmed and surprised to see the artists performing here in the city of Mahakal. Even in this small city there are many capable artists who do not get recognition due to lack of proper opportunity. I promise all city residents that I will organise an audition for Sa Re Ga Ma and Indian Idol programmes in Ujjain. I will train selected artists and send them for the final audition”, he promised.
