The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has opened online registration for Junior Engineer positions today. Candidates aspiring to secure government jobs within the Railways can apply online for the RRB JE 2025 recruitment process starting. RRB will recruit a total of 2,569 Junior Engineer positions. The deadline for applying for these positions is November 30, 2025. Candidates can also pay fees online until December 2nd and make corrections to their forms from December 3rd to 12th.
Required Age Limit
 The minimum age for applying for the RRB JE recruitment is 18 years, and the maximum age is 33 years. RRB also provides age relaxation for candidates. Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates will receive a 5-year age relaxation, OBC candidates a 3-year age relaxation, and differently-abled candidates a 10-year age relaxation.

Application Fee
 Category-wise fees have also been set for registering for Junior Engineer positions in RRB. It is mandatory to pay the fee online. Failure to pay the fee will result in the application not being accepted. The fee is ₹500 for General, EWS, and OBC candidates, while it is ₹250 for SC, ST, women, and differently-abled candidates.
Selection will be based on this:
 Candidates will be evaluated in four stages. The first and second stages will consist of a written examination. The first stage will include questions from Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, and General Science, carrying 100 marks. The exam will be conducted for one hour and thirty minutes. There will also be a negative marking of one-third of a mark for each wrong answer. Stage-2 examination will be conducted for the candidates who are successful in this examination.
